Cancellation policy

1. Ambassador Product Settlement Policy

Any products provided under the Bloome Ambassador Program are not complimentary gifts.
Products are provided solely in exchange for content creation and promotional participation.

If an Ambassador chooses not to complete the agreed content requirements, the following applies:

You must choose one of the two settlement options below:

  1. Return the product in its original, unopened condition within 7 days (return label provided), OR

  2. Purchase the product at the standard retail price. An invoice will be issued and must be paid within 7 days.

Failure to select and complete one of the above settlement options may result in invoice forwarding to collections in accordance with business compliance regulations.

2. Subscription Purchase & Cancellation Policy

When purchasing Bloome products on a subscription plan, you are receiving a discounted price in exchange for maintaining the subscription for the minimum agreed period.

To prevent misuse of subscription discounts, the following terms apply:

2.1 Minimum Subscription Service Period

  • If you purchase a subscription and cancel within the first subscription cycle (30 days), you are required to pay the difference between the subscription discount price and the one-time purchase price for the product(s) received.

  • This ensures you are paying the correct one-time retail value if the subscription benefits are not upheld.

Example:
If the one-time purchase price is $79, and the first-month subscription price is $59, and you cancel within your first month → you will be charged the remaining $20 difference.

2.2 Cancellation After First Month

  • You may cancel anytime after one full cycle (after your second month or later) with no additional fees.

2.3 Subscription Abuse

Attempting to:

  • Subscribe for the discount

  • Receive the product

  • Cancel immediately
    is considered misuse of the subscription program and will be treated as a one-time purchase.
    The price difference will be charged accordingly.

3. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase, receiving product, or participating in the Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined in this section.
